Fun Cases rebrands for every kind of human.

A three-week top-to-bottom refresh built with Webgro. New logo, new palette, new packaging, new website, new voice. Conversion up 22%. AOV up over £1.

Fun Cases rebrand

Fun Cases has launched a complete rebrand. New logo, new colour palette, new packaging, new website, and a new tone of voice. In the first week live, conversion rate is up 22% and average order value is up more than £1.

The refresh was three weeks from start to finish, built jointly by the Fun Cases team and Webgro. Nothing was left untouched.

Why now

The old Fun Cases brand talked to one very specific person: a teenage girl, browsing on her phone, shopping the latest trend cases. The site and socials leaned hard into that voice.

The actual Fun Cases customer never fit inside that box. Orders come in every day from students, parents, grandparents, gift buyers, professionals. Every kind of human. The brand was talking to a fraction of the people it was already selling to.

What changed

Every visible surface got touched:

Built inside the group

The three-week turnaround was only possible because the design, engineering and operations teams sit inside the same group. Webgro led the visual identity and the website build. The Fun Cases team led the product photography, packaging design and voice work. Every decision was made in the same room.

For years Fun Cases spoke to teenage girls online. In real life we were selling to everyone from students to grandparents. The rebrand finally lets our brand speak to the customers who were already buying.

The numbers

One week live, two numbers already tell the story:

What's next

Marketing follows the brand. Ad creative, email flows and social content are all being rebuilt against the new voice and visual system. Product ranges that were previously blocked by an identity that didn't fit them become buildable over the coming months.
