New Webgro website launches

Rebuilt around where the agency is actually heading, which is AI consultancy for brands that are growing quickly.

New Webgro website launches

Webgro has relaunched. The new site swaps a fairly standard performance agency brochure for something closer to an explanation of how we think eCommerce should be run.

It is not a paint job. It goes with a deliberate change in what the business is for, and a fairly plain statement of where it is heading. Webgro is building towards being the UK's go to AI consultancy for growing brands.

Why now

The old site described an eCommerce growth agency. That was true when it was written and had quietly stopped being true since. Most of the work over the last year has moved into AI strategy and getting it actually implemented, and the website had not caught up.

The new one reorganises everything around that. Services are grouped by how the work really runs rather than by marketing channel. Case studies moved to the front. The whole thing is quicker and simpler to get through.

What we mean by AI consultancy

Not a deck. Not a list of tools somebody should probably look at. It is implementation, done by people who run AI in production every day inside seven of our own businesses.

The old site described what we did. This one describes what we think.

What it means if you already work with us

The service does not change, but the roadmap gets sharper. Clearer milestones on AI adoption, and clearer ways to tell whether any of it worked.

For everyone else, the site finally answers the question we used to spend the first half of every call on.

Next

More case studies, and more written down about what operator led AI actually looks like when somebody has to live with the result.
