For years we have been building one thing at a time. An agency. A phone case shop. A print supplies business. A software studio. Today we are putting a name on the thread running through all of it. Broadbridge Group is the family name behind the businesses Michael and Lily Broadbridge own and run.
There was never a grand plan. We started in 2012 with two things at once, Webgro and Fun Cases, mostly because we could not decide which we wanted more. It turned out we wanted both.
What is in it
Five businesses are trading under the name today:
- Webgro. The agency and AI consultancy. Where the technical and design work for everything else gets done.
- Fun Cases. Our own shop. Phone cases, printed on our own machines, top of Google for the category.
- Sublishop. Sublimation supplies for the UK's makers, started because we could not buy decent stock ourselves.
- AnyPrint. Commercial print. Business cards, flyers, posters, done properly.
- Metlab. The software arm, which exists because we wrote the same thing three times before admitting it deserved its own name.
Two more arrive later in 2026. Plant'd is in build. A seventh is being put together behind a locked door and we are not talking about it yet.
What makes it a group
Three things, practically speaking. Shared capability, because Webgro's team builds what the others run on. A shared way of working, because every business here treats AI as plumbing rather than a feature. And shared ownership, because the two of us own all of it outright.
We are not building a holding company. We are building a family of businesses, and using the word group to tell the honest version of that.

Next
More businesses, and more of what Webgro has learned turned into things the rest of the group can reuse rather than rebuild.
If you run a brand thinking seriously about AI, want to work with one of ours, or fancy joining, we would like to hear from you at hello@broadbridge.co.uk.
