For years we've been building one thing at a time. A performance agency. A phone case brand. A print supplies business. An AI-native app studio. Today we're putting a name on the thread that runs through all of them. Broadbridge Group is the family of eCommerce and digital businesses founded, owned and operated by Michael and Lily Broadbridge.
We didn't set out to build a portfolio. We started in 2012 with two things at once: Webgro, a performance agency solving eCommerce growth problems, and Fun Cases, our direct-to-consumer phone case brand. Sublishop followed in 2022 to serve the makers we saw underserved by the existing supply chain. AnyPrint arrived in 2023. Metlab more recently. Each brand answered a specific question. But the same operating model underpins all of them, and the same two people make every call. It felt time to acknowledge the group.
The portfolio today
Five businesses are currently trading under the Broadbridge Group banner:
- Webgro. Our performance agency and AI consultancy. The engine room of the group.
- Fun Cases. Our direct-to-consumer phone case brand, ranked #1 on Google UK for the category term.
- Sublishop. Our B2B sublimation print supplies business, serving the UK's growing community of makers.
- AnyPrint. Our commercial print brand, producing business cards, flyers and marketing collateral at scale.
- Metlab. Our AI-native eCommerce app development studio, building web apps and Shopify integrations for operators who'd rather grow than manage tools.
Two more join the group later in 2026. Plant'd is in build. A seventh brand, currently held quietly, launches toward the end of the year.
What makes this a group
Three things, practically. Shared capability. Shared operating philosophy. Shared ownership.
Webgro's team codifies the performance, development and AI capabilities that every other brand in the group draws on. Every brand runs AI as operating infrastructure, not as a feature bolted on. Every brand is owned by the same two people, with no investors and no board. That structure is the point.
We're not building a holding company. We're building a family of businesses, and using the word 'group' to tell the honest version of that story.
Michael Broadbridge, Co-founder
What's next
More brands. More AI investment. More of the operational muscle Webgro has built gets rebuilt as reusable capability for the rest of the portfolio, rather than one-off projects per brand.
If you run a brand thinking about AI as a way of operating, want to partner with a family of consumer businesses, or are curious about joining the group yourself, we'd like to hear from you at hello@broadbridge.co.uk.
